What's the difference between labor and equipment warranties?
The manufacturer's warranty covers the equipment and its parts. Our labor warranty covers the work to diagnose and fix covered issues, so you're not paying for labor on a problem with our installation.
Why are maintenance visits included?
Regular tune-ups are the best way to keep a new system running well, and many manufacturers expect annual maintenance to keep their own warranties in good standing.
