Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my heater blowing cold air?
It could be thermostat settings, airflow problems, ignition issues, a dirty filter or another malfunction. An inspection pinpoints the cause.
Why does my heater keep turning on and off?
This is called short cycling. It can come from a dirty filter, thermostat problems, restricted airflow, overheating or an improperly sized system.
How often should a furnace be serviced?
Once a year, usually in the fall before you need it. Our maintenance plan schedules it for you.
How long does a gas furnace last?
15 to 20 years with annual maintenance. Without it, more like 10 to 12.
